Charles M. Stabley, 85, of Upper Fairfield Township, died September 23, 2019, at UPMC Williamsport Regional Medical Center. He was born July 30, 1934, in Williamsport.
Charles retired from Air Products Chemical, was a U.S. Marine veteran during the Korean War, enjoyed golfing, and was a member of the Lions Club.
Preceding him in death was a daughter, Kimberley A. Brensinger.
Surviving is his wife of 64 years, the former Carol A. Bennett; a son, Zane C. (Angela) Stabley, of Beaverton, Oregon; four grandchildren, Brandon and Gerard Stabley, Lee Brensinger, Jr, and Ann Marie Hinnerschietz; and a great-granddaughter, Kimberley Ann Mory.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, September 30, at Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad Street, Montoursville. Burial will follow in Montoursville Cemetery. Family and friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, at the funeral home.
