Audrey A. Harlan, 94, of Gamble Township, passed away on May 11, 2021, at her residence.
She was born on August 17, 1926, the daughter of Scott and Ella (Harradine) Attig.
Audrey retired from the Williamsport Hospital where she worked as a switchboard operator. She was also a member of the Brethern in Christ Church, Montoursville.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, George Hess; and grandchild, Daniel Lowe.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Harlan, having married on December 15, 2007 and enjoyed many years of retirement adventure together; her daughter, Gail (Eric) Engdahl, of Montoursville; son, Mark (Diane) Hess, of Cogan Station; daughter, Sylvia Hess, of Hamburg, PA; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 14, 2021, at Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad Street, Montoursville, with Pastor Eric Hartshaw officiating. There will be a viewing held from 10 to 11 a.m.
Following Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines, masks and social distancing will be required.
Burial will follow in North Bend Cemetery, Renovo, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to either the Brethern in Christ Church, 105 Fairview Ct., Montoursville, or UPMC Susquehanna Hospice.
Arrangements are being handled by Spitler Funeral Home, Montoursville.
