Daniel C. Doebler, 79, of Muncy Creek Township, passed away on July 3, 2020, at UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport.
He was born June 22, 1941, in Williamsport, son of the late Ernest and Margaret (Cavanaugh) Doebler.
Dan is a 1961 graduate of Williamsport Area High School. He had worked for the former Gilbert Bros. Chevrolet, retired from Textron Lycoming, and currently worked for Fairfield Auto Group. He was a member of Clarkstown United Methodist Church. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, racing, car-shows, camping, and was a member of the Lucky Eight Hunting Club.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, the former Patricia A. Pentz; six children, Jeffrey Doebler, Jennifer (Robert) Yoas, Timothy (Tammy) Doebler, Daniel (Jamie Pontius) Doebler, Dustin (Jodi Decker) Doebler, and Kimberly (Shanna Smith) Houser; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A life celebration will be Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Pavillion #6 Indian Park, Montoursville from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
Arrangements are being handled by Spitler Funeral Home, Montoursville.
