Raymond G. “Rennie” Dincher, Jr., 79, of Muncy Creek Township, passed away this July 30, 2020, at The Gatehouse.
He promised he would be here for his 60th wedding anniversary, July 30, and he was.
He was born July 10, 1941, in Williamsport, the son of the late Raymond G. and Mary M. (Lorson) Dincher, Sr.
Raymond retired as a bus driver from Promisland Bus Company. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, David H.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, the former Mary Ellen Brass; three sons, Rex (Caroline) Dincher, of Montoursville, Jeff (Lecea) Dincher, of WV, Raymond (Karen) Dincher III, of Pennsdale; two daughters, Wendy (Dave) Iverson, of Poconos, Debbie (Chris) Anderson, of Brumley, MO; brother, Terry Dincher, of Hughesville; six sisters, Denise (Doug) Sylvis, of Montoursville, Connie Holdren, of Pennsdale, Kim (Ken) Myers, Cathy Burns, Mary (Curt) Rakestraw, Karen (Charlie) Wright, all of Montoursville; 15 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
A life celebration will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2020 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the home of his son, 109 Rabbitown Road, Pennsdale, PA 17756. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
